Refunds and Cancellations Policy


At Hemporio, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return or cancel an order. Please review our Refunds and Cancellations policy to understand your rights and how we can assist you.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at support@hemporio.co as soon as possible with your order details.
  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may return the product once it is delivered (see the Return Policy below).

2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Unused Condition: Items must be in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return Window: Products must be returned within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items purchased during sales, promotional offers, or customized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@hemporio.co within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Our team will provide instructions for returning the product.
  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or there was an error on our part.

3. Replacement/Exchange Policy

  • Stock Availability: Exchanges are only possible if the product you wish to exchange is in stock. Please contact us to check availability before sending the item back.
  • Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition to be eligible for an exchange.
  • If Out of Stock: If the requested item for exchange is not available, you will be offered a refund or store credit.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

  • The product is returned within the specified 48-hour window.
  • The product is in unused and original condition.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we have received and inspected the returned product. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Products returned after the 48-hour window.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Sale or promotional items, unless defective.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and any shipping costs incurred for returning the product will be covered by Hemporio.
